So far all things have been handled very well. “Cindy” has been kind, considerate and empathetic. My case is still in a pending status.

They did a good job with my settlement but there were times that I felt I was just another number. I’m sure people are over worked but there were times I didn’t get a response unless I called a few times and I don’t feel like they were very personable. Again just another number

they didnt believe in my claim, they constantly kept saying i should settle and take the low offer from the defendant. even though it was recommended that i have hand surgery. finally i just gave it, but i told them to ask for more money and i got it, they would have had me settle for the lesser amount. i do feel if my lawyer would have believe in me i could have gotten more. so if you use them, and feel they do not believe in your claim switch. but this would be with any lawyer. i felt like i was alone in my fight. sorry but this is how i felt, they didnt not deserve the 1/3 they got i had to do all the work!

Erin is a highly professional lawyer who successfully advocated for me in two legal matters. She kept me in the loop by emailing copies of all legal documents as my case progressed through the court along with calling to explain what was done.
