I got a ticket about a year ago and found the Off The Record service online to help get it dismissed. My driving record is pretty clean so I was hoping to pay the $150 for the service and have the ticket resolved. I paid for the service and was assigned Ms. Murphy to represent me in traffic court and try to get my ticket reduced or dismissed without having to do traffic school or pay an insane fine. Instead, she just recommended that I do the Broome County Traffic diversion program and she acted like she negotiated with the Broome county DA to be able to make this option available to me, when in reality it is always available to anyone who's ticket meets the criteria and who has not receive a ticket in Broome County in the last 18 months, which meant I qualified for the ticket forgiveness on my own. So I ended up having to pay $400 to the Broome DA office and take a defensive driving course anyways, and Ms. Murphy and Off the Record refused to refund my $150 even though their "services" added literally 0 value. The only "work" her office did was fax over a templated letter over to the DA indicating a not guilty plea. Long story short, save your money and just do the traffic diversion program directly.

I had applied for disability before searching for a lawyer. I contacted another office and they refused to even talk to me until I had my first decision. The staff at Stanley Law Office gave me a ton of information about the process of applying for and appealing a denial for Social Security Disability. Since they were so helpful before I actually hired them, I choose Stanley Law Office. My lawyer always called me back and took the time to answer all my questions throughout the process. She did not want me to do my own appeal and did all the paperwork for me. I always knew what to expect at each step of the process and was approved after just one appeal. My only regret is that I never met any of the staff in person.

I applaud the Stanley Law offices for it's level of community involvement in every market it operates within. The Stanley Law foundation "Music for the Mission" is always very active fundraising and contributing to those who are most in need of food & shelter. Always fundraising and donating to food banks, shelters, and non profit 501c3 organizations with similar mission statements. Their ongoing good works clearly separates them from other Law Firms and establishes them as the Law Firm that truly cares about the needs of the community.

Cindy williams has been quick to respond when I have a question, keeps me fully up to date on what's going on on my case. Has made every step easy to understand and guided me Thru each thing I had to do.

Megan and Sheri have always been on top of everything I've asked of them and always respond to all my calls.

I cannot explain how easy The law office of Mary Jane Murphy made it to fight my ticket on NY. I was initially apprehensive about finding an out of state lawyer online, but this company has made it so easy. I never had to meet with them, go to court , or anything. I just scanned my ticket and some other documents and haley at their office till care of everything. In addition to how easy they were to work with, they were also able to get my ticket dismissed as long as I took a defensive driving course online and paid a small fine. I’ve been so happy with my experience and recommend them highly.

The attorneys and legal staff at Stanley Law Offices are very professional. They responded to all of my requests very quickly. They also answered all of my concerns truthfully and timely. I would recommend them to family and friends.
