A Floridian getting ticketed in New York left me anxious and concerned for my employment as driving is a key function of it. MJ's ability to navigate my case to the DA's office and get my ticket dismissed was paramount to leaving this 5 star review. Haley, her assistant, is super friendly, answered all my questions and maintained an open line of communication with me throughout. Less expensive than other attorneys in her area with the same outstanding result you would hope for.

I called this law office to handle 3 comp cases i have. I spent over an hour giving my information on the phone to a nice woman. They sent me a packet and I filled it out and sent it back the next day. I then got emails and responded the same day and faxed back. The girl I responded to left the practice. After several weeks. I sent another email asking what was going on. Someone responded and said the girl had left they were sorry and that they would get a lawyer to get in touch with me. This went on for about a month and a half. When I finally did get a hold of someone I had faxed more info they needed and emailed. They said they never got the info when I had confirmation in hand. The lawyer I spoke with never looked at my case someone else did and said that my case would not be taken as my last lawyer was good and if he left there must have been good resaon and that the case has been drawn out with too many surgeries. I said it would have been nice to know this a month and a half ago. I also explained that my last lawyer was not doing things properly when I looked into my case. I now received a call from this law office today asking why I sent them a fax today. I said I didn't as they told me several weeks ago that they weren't taking case.... so if you use these people Beware. They don't read emails and it takes weeks for them to get faxes from you. I also know that the girl i sent the fax to received it that day. So these people have no clue what they are doing and are not professional at all. The new lawyers that have taken my case called me within 3 days, took my case, and found the mistakes my previous lawyer made and have requested the hearing i needed to get it fixed already. And are much more professional and do things the way i want it done. I was extremely disappointed with this law office but it led me to where I am and the quality professional service I desired.

I was fortunate to have Ms. Mary Jane Murphy represent me for a traffic ticket. Being a Canadian, I thought it might be difficult for me to fight a case in NY state, She and her office worked with me on a timely fashion in-spite of the lock down and got the ticket dismissed completely. I would highly recommend her office and her assistance to anyone who needs a fair and professional representation.
