Sometimes things happen in life and you need immediate help and guidance. Sometimes this need occurs at 4:00am in the early morning. We were beyond lucky that Tom Jackson personally answered the phone at that time. Not only was Tom understanding, comforting and reassuring, he jumped into action and was there to represent us in court at 8:00am. From that moment on, Tom was always available and either answered texts or calls almost immediately. Tom's knowledge of the Broome County legal system is unmatched. He knows the players and most importantly, knows how navigate the system. Tom kept us in the loop of every meeting, hearing or conference that was happening. In Aug 2021 I was charged with a DWI and failure to keep right after falling asleep and hitting a tee. I only blew a .05, I wasn't driving while intoxicated I was driving while exhausted. I hired Tom to defend me and he got the DWI completely dropped due to lack of evidence and I pled guilty to the failure to keep right. This was huge because I have a CDL and my insurance company would have made me pay back the medical bills which I'm sure were enormous because I had surgery and spent 9 days in the hospital. Tom was also 1/3 of the price of another lawyer I called for the same exact service. I hope I never need him again but if I do he'll definitely have my business.

Amazing! If you’re looking for someone who knows the system and exactly what they’re doing, then I HIGHLY RECOMMENDED Mr. Jackson. Some attorneys can care less about the outcome; they are just in it for the money, not Mr. Jackson. Mr. Jackson really goes to bat for his clients with intentions of smacking the ball out of the park. I was recently charged with an Aggravated DWI. I was facing a misdemeanor charge with fines up to $4000. After Mr. Jackson was done working his magic I walked away with a DWAI which is only a violation and a fine of $500. Mr. Jackson saved my career, he’s truly as good as it gets.

He explained to me the worst and best case scenarios, which was very helpful since this is my first encounter with being arrested (I am 62 years old). I first approached Thomas Jackson not knowing much about his previous work. I had one free consult with the man at his office and he was extremely nice and was extremely intelligent. He has dealt with many cases and knows the law inside out. I realized I hired the perfect man to represent me in court after having one conversation. After my court hearing Tom had called to inform me that he was able to have my dwi case dismissed. Its like it never happened. This was the best news to hear as dwi's on records are very embarrassing for employment and pretty much anything else that does background checks. Tom is very knowledgeable in the area of DWI and DWAI, etc. My son was charged with this and of course we were extremely upset at him as well as very scared as to what would happen never being up against the law. Tom was very calm and reassuring. He explained everything in detail and let us know all scenarios up front. His fees were fair as opposed to others we called who tried to put the fear of God in us. If you find yourself up against this predicament I highly recommend him. We were able to get a fair and reasonable outcome while our son learned a lesson.
