Awhile back,i got caught up in a Federal Marijuana case.He got Me alot better deal than i thought possible,and i liked the way He was kinda gruff and abrasive. Im happy with My results.

Kevin Guyette was the lead attorney in a complicated intellectual property law suit and I was impressed with his mastery of the facts and his knowledge of the law and trial procedures. He is an extremely smart man and I would trust him to handle any litigation matter.

Kevin represented me in a Civil Case and was exactly what we needed, someone who could vehemently pursue the truth of the matter and secure a settlement. He was easy to work with and professional throughout.

Kevin was a disaster for me. He totally neglected my case, a harassment charge. I never heard from him from the day he took my retainer fee to the day I dismissed him. Six months He also never contacted the Court. I mean literally never. Then he violated confidentiality by submitting a false and damning Affirmation which totally prejudiced the judge in a non-jury trial. He claimed I was harassing my accuser by wanting to go to trial! This was after I had dismissed him. He also had a damaging conflict of interest insofar as his secretary was also part-time secretary to the presiding judge of my case. In withdrawing from my defense, his letter to Court contained several garbled statements and grammatical or spelling mistakes.He was consistently abrasive, insulting, and barely under control. He acted more as my prosecutor than defender, often bullying me (or trying to). The experience with him was a nightmare. As of his last contact with me, his bill, he still didn't know how to spell my name. I can prove this.
