After being in a car accident the prospect of going through a lawyer to resolve my case was daunting. However, I could not have made a better decision than going through the Scott Gottlieb firm. The entire staff was kind, compassionate, knowledgeable, and helpful. They fought to get me the settlement they felt I deserved and kept me informed every step of the way. I was involved in a MVA and I retained Scott as my attorney. My initial meeting was with Mrs. Jan Shear. Jan told me to focus on recovering from my injuries and the law firm would protect and provide me guidance in exercising my rights. Whenever I had a question in my case, the law firm promptly responded with straight forward honest and accurate advice. The law office of Scott Gottlieb deserves you serious consideration.

I contacted the Gottlieb off several months ago regarding my auto accident. I was only privy to the para legal. the para legal just wanted medical info and accident info. of which was provided to her immediately. I was never allowed to speak with the atty himself. I don't even think he knew I was a client. I was treating in NYC but since stop working; wasn't any point of me travel that far considering I live in the area. I contacted the office where Jan gave me a referral to a lame clinic whom after several weeks wouldn't even see me for my injuries. then she badgered me as to WHY? Those doctors a that office where SHE referred me are her friends she can ask them. the no fault portion of my claim was denied after a doctor from the insurance company examined me. I informed Mrs Shear and she even instructed me on the language to use when i returned to my PT Dr. later to my surprise the para legal states with utter surprise and astonishment in her voice, "WHAT! the no fault was denied!? when were you going to tell me? I reminded her that I told her already sent her the denial letter and she instructed me on the next steps with appeal. SHE TOTALLY DENIED EVERY SPEAKING TO ME ABOUT IT. now that my accident has been a year ago and waiting for HER referral MD I can't go back to previous PT office. HERE LIES THE RUB. I recently receive a letter from Gottliebs office dropping my case because get this...LACK OF COMPLIANCE and no clear injury because she has NEVER received any medical information from my dr's office. Either the previous reviews are from staff, family and friend or they are just plain lies. Either Mr Gottlieb needs to vet his own clients or get better help. He would do better with a law student on loan/internship vs what he has staffed presently.

The office of Scott C Gottlieb took very great care of me during a very difficult time and gave me peace of mind. They handled my case in a very professional manner and I am very satisfied with the outcome.

I would highly recommend Scott Gottlieb's firm to everyone! After my accident I was extremely overwhelmed with the aftermath, physically and emotionally. The moment I walked thru their door I felt they were caring and compassionate... they make you feel like you are not alone in dealing with everything. They extremely intelligent and work very hard to make things right for their clients.

After a Christmas 2013 accident with a DWI driver, I visited Mr. Gottlieb's law office and told them how I had been strapped in my seat for 2 hours with car hanging over bank and this worsened my already existing back problems. They went to work for me and got the other insurance company to pay all no-fault assistance I was entitled to such as household help for 3 hrs. a week. Although it took almost 2 years the other company offered to settle for a certain amount, but after Mr. Gottlieb heard the expenses I had incurred since the no-fault stopped, he was not happy with the offer the other company made and asked for considerably more. The other company did increase the settlement amount and I was happily surprised by the amount I was awarded that would allow me and my husband to enjoy a few more luxuries we wouldn't have thought of in our twilight years.

Nobody ever wants to have to deal with an injury, especially when someone else is at fault. The team at Scott Gottlieb's office was very easy to work with and made the process painless (unlike my injury). I am very grateful to them for all their help.

Got initial call back from intake worker, she took basics of case told me Mr Gottlief would call me the next day that was 2 weeks ago I have called back several times and left messages and he has still not had the decency to return my calls. I assume he does not want to take my case but he should has the decency to tell me that not just ignore me. i could assume a lot of reasons why he won't call me back, must be some reason he won't call me back n won't take my case or maybe he's afraid of this company why would a lawyer not call a potential client back about a solid lawsuit against a big company??? There's some reason he won't call me back or he's just not a decent person you don't just ignore people when your suppose to be a professional I would not hire him
