I had my doubts, initially, about whether an attorney processing rote transaction after transaction would really be motivated to do anything out of the ordinary to execute the particularly thorny closing required by the estate sale in which I was involved. Ascribe the doubts to my unfavorable view of attorneys in general. Corinne proved me wrong. She understood the burdens a "normal" closing would have placed squarely on our shoulders, and put in the considerable extra effort required to lift those burdens entirely.
