I was in desperate need of an attorney. I had an issue with an old employer that was causing me a great deal of issues. I was being accused of theft and these charges would've ruined my life. I also have a daughter who is my whole world and as you can imagine this would put her in a bad situation as well. I'm going to a medical issues as well and this issue would've made my health much worse. I was looking around and each lawyer didn't give me much hope, or I simply didn't trust them. When I first met Mr. York, I immediately felt at ease. I've never met a more compassionate, intelligent, and honest lawyer. He was upfront about what could happen, however gave me hope that he would work hard to fight this. His knowledge of the law blew me away. Mr. York was a shark with the officer. He never stopped fighting!! I'm thankful to report because of him, my case has been closed. This is a lawyer who puts his clients first. He's not a money hungry lawyer. He's honest and gives you the truth, always. He's compassionate with his clients. He always answers his phone and gives you updates. This is not a lawyer you need to chase down to find out answers. You won't find another lawyer who is better than him! I owe Mr. York my life. If it wasn't for his tenacious attitude and knowledge I don't know where I'd be...I don't know where my daughter would be. My daughter is my whole world. I can't live without her. Mr. York saved two people the day he won my case. Mine and my daughters life. He saved me from giving up and saved my daughter because she still has her mommy. Thank you Mr. York for everything!!!

Last year my wife and I went from a normal loving family enjoying each day to a family in crisis and embroiled in traumatic legal nightmare.
