We hired Mrs. Hoyt to help us with a real estate purchase. She was able to help us through a few complications and made sure everything for the closing went smoothly. Because of covid we did most everything via email, she made sure it was a very easy process.

We finalized our adoption this morning with the guidance and support of Kelly. I would have been lost without her. I recommend her to everyone. She is an amazing person and the absolute best attorney I have had the privilege of working with over the years! She was always there when I needed help and made sure I never left with an unanswered question. My family is beyond grateful for her and her partner Alex. Earlier this year the law office of Kelly D Hoyt handled the sale & closing of our summer property. Even though it was in the middle of the pandemic she did a wonderful job, keeping everything moving smoothly. I would definitely recommend her services. I called Kelly when I ran into some confusion during a refinancing. She explained to me what needed to be done as we exchanged a number of emails and phone calls over a couple of weeks. She even gave me phone numbers for companies I needed to contact and counseled on what direction She thought would be best. The most impressive part is, when I asked her what I owed her, she said "nothing". Wow, all the help she gave me and she didnt even charge me. I told Kelly that the next time I needed an attorney she would be my first call and I will make good on that promise.
