The team Daniel Berger has, is FANTASTIC. I have to give Naomi five thumbs up. She is patient and consistent. I wanted to give after I was denied, and filed a appeal. Naomi, stayed on top of matters and encouraged me to continue the fight. Erica, was the attorney that represented me at the hearing. She was GREAT. They won my case for me. If you are looking for individuals who look at "you" and not money, get them to represent you. Believe me, you will not be disappointed.

I sent an email with my case and Vanessa responded by phone very quickly to help me start the process. Vanessa explained to me the paperwork process, time frame and the appeals process when and if I am denied. She had me gather all my records and sent me out the questionnaire package. She helped me navigate through all the paperwork answering all my questions. She was very nice and polite on the phone and never got upset or annoyed when I asked a ton of questions. Vanessa called me at least once a week sometimes more either requesting more info or letting me know where my case was in the process. I never went for an extended period not knowing where my case was. I received my approval within 4-5 months of my initial contact with Vanessa and all the correspondences we had was through emails and telephone.
