Handled my case very well. Great Lawyers & Staff!

These guys are straight liars and fraudsters. I had a settlement with them for $250,000 which could have settled for $700,000 and I had asked for some advance funds from golden pare fundings. And the lay off letter from golden pare at time of settlement was approximately $34,000 and these attorneys Gary and David Lesch told me they paid golden pare funding and took their 33 percent. I stood with about $130,000 and now I received a letter grlm golden pare stating they never got paid and that now I owe them around $70,000. I reached out to David via phone and he said he sent the payment on January of 2023 when the case settled and also his paralegal reached out to me via email stating the same and I just called golden pare today and they are Still insisting that I pay them $70,000 because they never got any payments from lesch and lesch and also that they have been trying to reach them and they have not been able to get a hold of The firm or David or Gary or anyone.

It has been a period of over two years working with this law firm directly following the unfortunate death of my mother. This law firm specifically Ashley Diaz and David Lesch are non-responsive to requests and demonstrate a lack of transparency, while working on the case. There have been multiple occasions where I've been told paperwork was being filed with the court, and then I would later discover that the paperwork was either never filed or filed months later from the date initially discussed. They will claim the court is delayed however in reality they often have not filed or amended documents as requested by the court. One example is when I had to physically fly to NY to provide a wet signature. After providing this signature I was told it was the final step needed for the court paperwork. They did not submit the document despite stating it would be submitted that day. They will state they will update you but do not. After the document was submitted the court issued additional requests and they did not inform me. Additional requests were made by the court about 2 weeks ago and I have been once again unable to reach Ashley or David . When I have requested callbacks and even sent emails I do not receive return calls or responses. These concerns have been shared with both David Lesch and Ashley multiple times via phone and email communication. 2/2/24 there was a discussion in which these concerns were addressed and nothing has changed. There were subsequent discussion surrounding these same concerns in July and October and yet the same issues continue as recently as Friday 11/22/24. The way in which my case has been handled is unethical, there is no timely communication and the law firm flat out lies at times.

I needed a criminal lawyer. So I googled and after looking at some reviews choose Mr Alexander Sanchez with a reasonable fees. He is extremely knowledgeable in the criminal justice field. If you are facing serious criminal charges, please Hire him. I was facing 2 criminal charges same time. He tried to understand me before accepting my case and he is so respectful, professional and experienced. He was always honest and direct, always willing to answer any questions and never got upset. He got my case reduced to Disorderly conduct and i am 100% satisfied with his service. Thank you sir

I have hired Mr. Sanchez on behalf of a close relative on several occasions and have received very favorable results. I would definitely recommend his services to anyone facing a criminal case. He is knowledgeable and fair in pricing. Do not take your chances with a court appointed legal aid lawyer, they will not fight for you the way a paid lawyer would. Having a criminal record has lasting long-term effects on your present and future.

I have experienced significant issues with communication from this firm. Despite numerous attempts, I have never received a call or an update. David is frequently unavailable. My case was settled over a year ago, yet I have not received any compensation. The firm appears to be inefficient and often cites court backlogs as an excuse. Ashley informed me that the courts required a wet signature to finalize my petition. I traveled to the city to provide this signature, only to discover from the Surrogate Court’s Miscellaneous Department that the necessary documents, including my signed document, had not been submitted. I reached out to Ashley to address this issue, and she falsely claimed that the documents had been submitted—this was a month after my visit to the office. I am deeply concerned about the unethical behavior and the apparent violation of my rights as a client.
