It's not easy to get a fair settlement from the City of New York, but that's exactly what David did for me when I had an accident on an activity pathway in Central Park that had a "defect" due to maintenance neglect. David gave me excellent advice after my first surgery (I would end up requiring FOUR of them, incurring much loss and suffering!!) and after reviewing some pictures he had encouraged me to take of the accident scene, he took my case.
