Attorney Arevalo is a rock star lawyer. She is so genuine and passionate about her work, a rare find in the legal world. She handled an extremely challenging and ongoing case for me. She was the third attorney I worked with and was the only one to resolve a complex issue that I was beginning to think was not solvable. From our first consultation with Belinda we knew we were in the right hands. My fiance and I were dealing with an uncooperative ex-wife who was making it difficult for my fiance to spend quality time with his daughter as there was no written visitation agreement in place. Belinda helped us get exactly what we wanted - a structured, fair and very generous visitation agreement, enforceable by law, which the ex-wife must abide by. Because of Belinda we can now plan family vacations with the child without any worries. We also have guaranteed holidays and vacation time. We couldn't be happier with the outcome. Ms Arevalo is an awesome lawyer. She always returned my calls promptly. She defended me for 2 cases ( Child support and custody). My ex filed for an upward modification for child support and Ms Arevalo shut her down. I was so happy because I never used a lawyer before and i I I always lost the modification and I finally won, thanks to ms Arevalo. Ms. Arevalo assist me in a very professional manner in regards to my divorce with my ex partner. During my initial consultation she clearly stated what procedure I needed to take to start my divorce process as this was my first marriage and things were a bit confusing at first. Once the filing started my ex partner gave us problems in which was delt with in a professionally manner. I was able to keep my vehicle without further issues from my ex.
