I had a bad construction accident and was really hurt. I was scared and disoriented and didn’t know what to do. I called lawyer Jacob Oresky and he helped me with my problems. He helped me file for Workers’ Compensation to pay for my medical bills and lost wages. Lawyer Oresky started a lawsuit for my injuries, his firm went to trial and we had a great outcome. The staff was always friendly and always willing to help. Thanks to Jacob Oresky, my family is secure.

I was involved in an auto accident and had come across the firm through a referral. I liked Jacob Oresky and his staff a lot - they always treated me very well and I was very pleased with how my case was handled and the results. Any time that I called or came into the office, everyone treated me well for which I am thankful. Prior to going to trial, Jacob and staff explained the entire process to me and what was expected. Highly recommend Jacob Oresky & Associates. The law firm took the time to listen to my case after I was involved in an automobile accident. They took me on as a client and would continually notify me of the status of the case. I thought the process would take much longer but ended up receiving my settlement sooner than anticipated.They didn't take any money until after the the case was resolved. Thanks!
