His associte, Brian Pakett, did a fine job for me. While he couldn't help me with my particular problem (it was Family Law and Richman does criminal), his associate hit the nail on the head: if I hadn't been arrested at that point I probably wouldn't be, if I was arrested politely decline to answer questions and call for my lawyer. His associate was absolutely right; I was never arrested.
