My phone conversation with Mr. Jason Lutzky lasted about 20 minutes. In that 20 minutes, Mr. Lutzky answered all my questions in full detail. He also gave examples of his past experiences of similar cases such as mine. His answers to my questions dealt strategically to my child support questions. There was no hesitation in his delivery to discuss lawfully and personally as to my options moving forward. This phone consultation was exactly what I didn't expect. My recent phone experiences with several other lawyer conversations were unprofessional, unpassionate and unexperienced... Mr. Lutzky helped me tremendously with my child support case. Typically lawyers just assist people with obtaining child support. I am a father that felt I was being taken advantage of with the amount of additional child support for my college age child. Mr. Lutsky helped me to obtain a fair court order for the child support and prevented additional money from being deducted from my pay. I highly recommend him to anyone having the same issues. He was willing to explain legal and financial terms in detail. I felt informed, not overwhelmed and more confident about my path forward. Would 100% recommend.

Jayson spent ample time listening to my issue, discussing possible solutions, informing me about case law, and answering all of my questions. I felt he spoke to me with respect and empathy. I wasn't thrilled with the answer he gave me about my problem, but this is more a matter of a conservative/close-minded legal system and not because his opinions are bad. He was not able to refer me to any lawyers near where I live who might specialize in my issue. I also felt like his attention was distracted for the entire call, as he was obviously walking/driving as we spoke. Overall, I felt Jayson was knowledgable and trustworthy. He answered my main question very thoroughly and spent way more than 15 minutes with me, though this may not be the case for all of his Avvo clients.

if you looking the good lawyer so do not go anywhere because he is the one who talk to you like a family member, he solve my case very easily and nicely so i am very happy. so if i want to lawyer in the future i never go anywhere, i hire him because i know my case is an save hands like a family member. so do not wait if you looking for a good lawyer like you family member thanks.
