Was at a really bleak and difficult point in my life. From the day off the consultation Mr. Nguyen spoke to me about my situation and options with a calming demeanor that can only be acquired over decades of helping people out of rough patches in life. Once we began working together the process was extremely streamlined to the point that it just took a few visits to his office (obviously going through quite a bit of paperwork), and he set things in motion.
