Un compañero y yo tuvimos muy mala experiencia con estos abogados, su actitud y su representación muy mala. después de mi compañero y yo haber trabajado por más de 3 años preparándonos para adquirir nuestra primera propiedad, después que firmamos la reservación, le adelantamos un pago a estos abogados por honorarios 1 ck. Y a el propietario de la casa otro ck. Y el bróker financiero nos mandó a sacar la póliza, cuando solo faltaba que el bróker financiero le desembolsara a el propietario el valor acordado nos llegó una carta de cancelación del préstamo y a partir de ahí inicio una gran batalla entre nosotros los supuestos abogados nuestros y el abogado del propietario para que nos devuelvan el dinero el cual se negaron a devolver. La conclusión de los supuestos abogados nuestros (Colon & Villaplana llp) nos dijeron demanden al abogado y a el propietario porque nosotros no podemos hacer más nada. Inicio otra lucha para mí y mi compañero hasta que conseguimos unos abogados Norte Americano nos cogieron el caso y para recuperar nuestro dinero tuvimos que pagarles a estos abogados y mediante una intimidación de demanda a todas las partes logramos recuperar la mayoría del dinero. Conclusión todo nuestro trabajo e inversión fue destruido por haber caído en esta muy mala firma de abogado. Solo esperamos que Dios tenga misericordia de ellos.

If you have no choice but to work with this agency as your Seller’s attorney... good luck. The female lawyer/rep (Jessica?) who closed was very distasteful from start-to-finish, not thorough at all. Like, what crawled up your tailpipe and died?? She was responsible for organizing the final reading from DEP--- that wasn't done. Her response was "well you're the owner now so that's your responsibility"-- DEP confirmed that this is done by Seller's attorney.  My attorney (buyer) had a difficult time following up with them. Oddly enough the bank and myself had to deposit all funds directly to the seller--- usually it goes through the attorneys escrow. Sketchy. Avoid. 2/10 don't recommend. Will never use this attorney in the future or recommend. Simply bad vibes.
