I am so grateful to have Steven Colon as my real estate attorney. He is very responsive (even on weekends), takes time to educate you on matters so you know exactly what is going on (has great educational videos), trustworthy, reliable, thorough, and works towards achieving what is best for his clients. I am not surprised by his caring approach because I heard and read about how he volunteered his services to not-for-profit agencies that helped low-income families with their legal issues. He has a phenomenal team with the same work ethic as well. Such a pleasure working with Steven, Nicole and Solangie. Highly recommended!!!

I highly recommend using them for your Real Estate sale or purchase. As an agent, I have been involved in 4 transactions this year with Colon and Villaplana, they are accurate and timely in their communications, knowledgeable about the process, and fought to win more money at the closing table for my client!

I purchased a coop studio apartment at the end of 2017 and hired this attorney to represent me because my realtor recommended but I’m not that satisfied. it took lot of back and forth and follow up requests for things to get done. They were not on top of things and at the closing I got an envelope supposedly with all my copies and things were missing. Neither the original or a copy of the Aztec form was included. I did not noticed till few months after because I did not open the envelope right away. I contacted the to request a copy and as if today I don’t have a copy. The last email answer I received was in February and they told me they would request the files from storage and I never heard back. This week I sent another email following up and they told me they don’t have it, to contact the bank that they must have it. I just wonder how good quality of a service can they provide to their clients if they cannot even keep copies for their own files? I hope I can get a copy from another sources becuse today they told me they don’t have it. It’s really sad that you go pay someone and they can’t even give you copies of all your documents, very irresponsible...😞

I am very disappointed. The house I bought had a violation and I don’t even know that before two weeks of closing date. The lawyer was not present on my closing date. I tried to negotiate with seller’s lawyer about the violation but it was hard because of the absence of my lawyer. The should help us more to buy a house especially when we buy our first house.
