Hospitality.....

I telephoned her office this morning in absolute histeria. Mrs Rutty was not in but within a short period of time she reached out to me. She listened intently to my MANY problems concerning a variety of legal issues. Mrs. Rutty allowed me to express my fears anger sadness and neurosis lol and then she calmly and confidently explained to me in detail what legal options are available and how I should proceed. I made an appointment immediately. After working with several other local attorneys over the past several years I have always felt the customer service aspect of the legal profession is no longer relevant. It was refreshing to speak with an attorney who is still excited to practice and also compassionate enough to understand a client's fragile state. Im happy to report that I'm now her most recent new client and I would highly recommend her for all legal matters.

She will listen to you and work with you on your budget.

The best anyone could hope for, you know you're in good hands with her. Ms Rutty will always be #1 in my book.
