I just moved to NYC from Asia a few months ago, so everything in NYC was very new to me. Marisa has been extremely helpful during the purchase of my condo property. Being my first property purchase in US, I had a lot of specific questions about process, taxes, closing etc she was extremely patient to talk me through all the details or point me in the right direction, especially she was so supportive and helped me made the right decision between two properties. She was just simply great throughout the entire process and kept me updated every step of the way. I can't recommend Marisa more. Thanks Marisa.

Benjamin Goldman is a great lawyer who was able to successfully fight my speeding ticket. He is smart, nice, responsible and makes himself available for questions etc. I highly recommend him. He turned a nightmare into a minor hitch.

我们家是移民，存了一点辛苦钱想在布鲁克林买个coop住，准备了两年看到有合适的就去chase问贷款。啥也不懂，在报纸上找了电话问了几家律师行，不是全现金不做，coop不做，没人介绍不好意思太忙做不了。。。还好chase的朋友介绍Marisa给我，我email了给她，她很快就回复我说可以没问题，做coop价格是这么个数字，如果ok就来吧合作吧，简单直接。基本上没啥过程了，有时候催一下我更新一下board approval啊，整个过程才见了一次面通了两次电话，总共才10-20封email，每条才一两句话，全部她自己搞定好跟我说一下，不明白就打给她去问这样，但她真的解释得很清楚所以我都不需要再打给她问，真的好省心啊。然后今天closing是第二次见她，我们签成功了。

Mr. Mcadams and is secretary are extremely helpful and understanding to the issues we had. There comforting advices and knowledge of the law is impressive. I recommend highly.

We called Mr. Goldman, at about 10pm, whose demeanor, professionalism, competence and knowledge of the specific court we would have to deal with, calmed our nerves. Sure enough, the end result was like his original advice . . . speeding ticket reduced to a parking ticket with no points.
