I have been a real estate agent here in NYC for the last 17 years. I recently had the opportunity to do a deal with Peter Gray. It was a complex deal with multiple sellers, a few who didn't get along, multiple attorney's, professional buyers who were sharks, and a house as filled with issues as I've seen in 17 years.
Through it all, Peter maintained a calm and professional demeanor, and navigated through storm after storm. It was a pleasure to work with him, and I hope I have the opportunity to do so again.

Neil Ruskin has a great understanding of the Brooklyn legal environment and was able to assist me with an issue someone pursued against me. Neil knew most of the court staff and the processes. Though my issue was dropped completely, Neil was prepared to fight on my behalf. He's very straightforward and direct as well as friendly. Good ally to have on your side if you find yourself in need.
