I highly recommend Elliot Green if you want an attorney who is respectful, honest and ethical both inside and outside of the courtroom. Also, I am always amazed at how quickly he responds to calls, emails, and texts...which is EXACTLY what a person needs who is in the midst of a very stressful custody situation. I can’t imagine working with someone who did not get back to me so quickly—it could add more stress to have unanswered questions and concerns. If someone is being treated poorly by their ex, the last thing they would need is to be ignored or treated poorly by their attorney who is supposed to be there to help! Working with Elliot has been a bright point in a difficult custody situation. He has treated me with the utmost respect and concern from day one. I appreciate his experience and ability to communicate/teach me about the court process in a way that helps me have realistic expectations of what may happen and when. I have been working with him for quite a while and have always felt he has communicated truthfully and helped me navigate wisely in difficult situations. I am very thankful for Elliot Green’s help!

I'm very satisfied with the results of having Elliot Green by my side during my experience in family court. Elliot Green is amazing at what he does because of approach his to his work ethic. Elliot was able to make sure that I would have shared custody of my son and plenty of visitation time with my son. During my first visitation case Elliot fought for holidays including public school holidays that fall on Mondays, weekly dinners and summer vacation time. When my EX kept my son way from me for a year I went back to Elliot. I began my second case with Elliot. Elliot was able to get location of pickup changed so that my son could not be kept away from me again and to top it off Elliot also got me extra time on the weekend, more holiday time and more summer vacation time. Elliot has always fought for me and always gave me solid honest advice during my time in family court. I would not hesitate to recommend Elliot Green to anyone that is about to go into family court.

My experience with Mr. Green has been wonderful from start to finish. My case that has gone on for 2 and half years is finally being wrapped up thanks to Mr. Green's tireless efforts. He helped me not only fight to keep my visitation rights my ex was trying to take away from me, but eventually gain joint physical and legal custody so things like this won't happen again, as well getting my ex to waive child support rights and bringing my existing child support debt to a reasonable level. I hope no one I know ever has to go through what i have gone through but if they do, I will definitely be referring them to Elliot Green!

Elliot has been nothing short of dedicated, hard working and overall (and probably most important) HONEST throughout my whole ordeal. He not only does whatever necessary in my best interest, but he also continuously takes into consideration my son’s best interest and what needs to be done for him. He is always communicating with me and is able to make me feel as though I am his one and only client. He is attentive and incredibly knowledgeable.
