Unfortunately. when someone walks into the Licatesi Law Group, it usually follows one of the worst days of their life. From the moment you walk in, the receptionist, paralegals and the attorneys make you feel right at home and helps put your mind at ease. They truly treat you like family from the very first day you meet them. Personally, in the midst of my case - I fell ill and ended up in a coma on life support. When I woke up, I learned that my attorney and the paralegal were in touch with my family throughout the entire process out of concern for my well being. When I say that they treat you like family, I truly mean it. When my case came to a close, the attorneys were able to work their magic and ended up getting me the best outcome possible. It actually turned out better than anyone could have imagined. The Group's hard work, dedication and knowledge were obvious from the very beginning. I never write reviews and I have never had to obtain legal representation of any kind. Nonetheless, I recently had an injury at my workplace, and a colleague gave me the name of an attorney who then connected me with Gennaro Battiloro of the Battiloro Law Group. I am on workers comp and still in the process of trying to get the treatment I need (surgery). After 2 1/2 months the insurance co that provides WC payments for my employer just STOPPED everything and then denies my case. I immediately contacted Mr. Battiloro's office and asked his office mgr to schedule an appointment for me to meet with him and discuss my concerns over the reasons for denial and review my case. They're allegations were completely unbiased. At our meeting we reviewed all the facts, their denial and he did some quick research while I was in his office and he immediately contacted the claims examiner and reviewed and clarified the FACTS with her. The very next day my workers comp claim was reopened by the claims examiner and my indemnity payments were resumed. My WC hearing was a few days after this and thank God my case was re-opened and the other injured body parts were included. Gennaro Battiloro has been very responsive when I reach out to him with any questions, and, thank God, he had my case reopened with Insurance Carrier immediately. For a single parent and provider I so appreciate his work, professionalism, and responsiveness to my questions, concerns and moving forward with my workers comp claim. We are still in the process, and I continue to count on him and his team to get us to the finish line successfully - so I can get the surgery I need and recover from my injuries. I called him "The Magic Man", as he performed Magic overnight. Highly recommend him to anyone needing legal representation from any Work Related Injury. Will keep you updated with my case.
