Akram Louis is an amazing attorney!!! I cannot stress this fact enough! I had a very difficult, long, drawn out, high conflict divorce and custody battle with my now ex husband of 12 years. Mr Louis is patient and professional. Most importantly he treats you like a human being and works with you to negotiate the best outcome possible. He is not like other attorneys who will keep surprising you with mysterious fees, or who will use up your retainer before the process even truly gets started. He also answers calls and emails in a timely manner and always follows up; which is incredibly important when dealing with court. His rates are fair, straightforward, and he was even willing to work out a negotiated fee with me which made my life easier as a newly single mom on the roller coaster ride that is divorce.
