It has been a very rough and trying year however Ms. Charles and her assistant were there for me every step of the way. She shows a great deal of professionalism and compassion and I'm happy to have utilized her services.

Miss Charles and the people that work with her are second to none. Miss Charles handled my divorce, which was more difficult than anyone thought it would be, like a champ. She then handled some credit problems I had which helped me tremendously. She did all this work, 8 years in total, without breaking my wallet. I would recommend her to anyone.
