Make negative assessments before listening. Also exceedingly rude ... Angry and vindictive to people who don't buy their phony fakery. UNPROFESSIONAL. Not smart, and certainly not smart business people. Hellbent on making many enemies. Months later: Hmm... Not just rude, etc., but apparently doesn't pay attention, incapable of learning, forgetful. Repeat: NOT SMART.
