David Lin is an extremely greedy lawyer. He charged me thousands when he barely worked on the case. He nickeled and dimed me for every single email exchange.

Ms. Galvis has been a wonderful person to work with. It is rare to find an attorney in NYC who actually took the time to get to fully understand my concerns when I was dealing with some contractual issues I was being presented to sign. As an artist, we are normally given HORRIBLE deals, and Ms. Galvis made sure to address my concerns into my contracts without making me feel crazy for asking WHAT I WANTED! In my experience with other attorneys, most just brush you off and just get back to you AFTER they've decided what is best for you. Lorraine was the opposite. She made me feel like she genuinely cared for my case, and always looked for my best interest. She also helped me form my LLC. Her guidance in the past few years has been amazing. I've paid a lot of money to different attorneys throughout my career, but Lorraine, they were felt more like investments, rather than payments. She really helped me transform myself into a business and motivated me to take an interest in my own contracts and business dealings. If you ever need anyone to read over your contract, form LLC, help trademark your ideas, or just help explain how the legal and business part of the Entertainment works, Lorraine is the best!

I would highly recommend Lorraine if your looking for legal services her service was exceptional . I went to her for a music publishing contract I wasn’t to sure about and she broke it down for me in a way where I understood exactly what the contract was saying.
