I was lucky to find Matt and retain him back in mid 2016 after my previous attorney could no longer handle my case. Matt spent a great deal of time to learn the nuances of my breach of contract case and to catch up in the legal proceedings. He is a level headed thinker that has the ability to see things clearly and keep things as simple as possible while still having all the detail required to make the point and knowing when to make that point. All that said; my case took close to 3 years with Matt. He never tired or backed down. He kept me informed and quickly replied when I had questions or thoughts. Most importantly, he made some awesome moves and got me a very nice settlement. I have three words to describe Matt…diligent, honest and caring. I highly recommend Matt Porges.

We hired Matt to help us recover unpaid rent from a tenant that skipped town. Our plan included a Demand Letter followed by litigation in Civil Court. Matt did an excellent job by reaching a quick settlement with the delinquent tenant.
