Elliot is hands down the best lawyer . I highly recommend him to anyone . He is very experienced in his field and thanks to him , yesterday our case was resolved and closed . Elliot always answers his calls, texts, emails right away , even if it’s on a weekend ! He is dedicated to his clients and treats everyone very genuinely unlike other lawyers who just want to take all your money . He gave me a free consultation and even worked out a payment plan with me . I am so happy and very thankful to him .

I wish it was possible to give more than five stars. Retained Mr. Green the afternoon before my court date and he made it possible for me to not have to travel despite the extremely short notice. Communication was exceptional text email and phone calls came in when needed and immediately. Highly recommended put my mind at ease every step of the way. And put my issue to bed in a timely manner. Mr green and his associates made an unwanted situation a breeze. Many thanks for all your help.

I recommend Mr. Green. He is extremely hard-working and gets results. He has is very experienced and knowledgeable. He is well known in the courthouse, which sure doesn’t hurt. His office is conveniently located to the Brooklyn courts. He is results oriented and gets right to the point. He is highly communicative, which is something that cannot be said for many attorneys. Mr. Green will tell it like it is, even if it may not be what you want to hear sometimes, it is going to be the realistic assessment. Then he will fight to get the best results.

Elliot is a nice guy. His office seems not good , but the service he offers is great. Just do whatever he says. This not paid review( he should pay me ;). He never missed a case, direct me correctly and knows what he talks( the most important part) .Definitely, If you have custody case, order protection etc.. I do suggest him.

If you want custody of your child do not retain Mr.Green. He proved in many ways that he's on the side of ACS. He was non responsive and would contact me to ask for another check. If you need an honest attorney who will fight for you perhaps you should contact Mr. Michael Disciarro. He cares about his clients and their children and prevents the ACS from removing your child. I wish I had known about him sooner.
