This review is a long time coming. We hired Patrick as counsel during a small business acquisition in mid-2021. Patrick was unbelievably detailed, diligent, and prompt. Patrick was readily available when it came to answering questions via email and made himself available via phone. Patrick is incredibly detail orientated and gladly translates everything into more digestible language. We always felt that he was looking out for our best interest and provided counsel in a manner that made us feel supported and calm. We would gladly work with Patrick again in the future and highly recommend his knowledge and services for anyone involved in any business transaction.

Patrick is one of the best lawyers I've ever worked with. We talked over the phone to discuss copyright and intellectual property related issues. Patrick was very insightful and knowledgeable during the call and the legal advice that he offered me were extremely valuable for my business. In addition to that, he is fun to talk to. I’m not going to lie, as a small business owner I hate dealing with attorneys. It so hard to find a competent lawyer who who will treat you fairly but that is exactly why it was so refreshing to find Patrick. After our interaction was complete, I realized that Pat was very intentional at the start of our project to carefully listen. He paid close attention to our initial discussions, which I believe lead to a quicker solution that best fit my needs (he was also fairly speedy in turning around the first draft and subsequent changes of the contract he prepared for me). Furthermore, Pat took the time to explain all the legalese in my final document, so I could trust that it accurately reflected exactly what I wanted. His communication style is professional, yet casual and friendly, mixed with a (much appreciated) sense of humor. I would absolutely work with Pat again.

Patrick Kondas was extremely helpful. We were referred to him for help regarding an ownership dispute for our film. We needed an opinion written to proceed with sales. He was very thorough and was able to write a clear opinion for a very messy chain of title, (and did it during the pandemic!) We are very grateful for his help and would definitely recommend him.

I was seeking a consultation to review a manager contract for my daughter and found Patrick through a friend. His review was very thorough - going over each section line by line and providing pros and cons of the contract as is, what should be clarified and what needs to be negotiated. His approach was personable and answered all the questions I had. I don’t really know anything about the music industry standards. He really took the time to explain the terms. If we need his services again, I’d definitely contact him.
