I want to thank The Licatesi Law Group for a job well done. I do not recall how I came to choose The Licatesi Law Group. After being involved in a motor vehicle accident, so many different attorneys were calling me every minute of every day, it was frightening. I do not even know how they got my number. While you try to avoid an accident as much as you possibly can, if by coming across the name The Licatesi Law Group was by accident, this accident I do not regret at all. They did not call me, but somehow, I called them. The staff at The Licatesi Law Group helped me through what for me was the most terrifying experience I have had in my life. From Anthony to Michael M. and Michael L., Jennifer, Nicole, Andrea, Viviana and Jennie, and everyone who worked with me and for me. I felt like they were holding my hand every step of the way from the beginning and all through the arbitration hearings. I have never been in an accident, and I was scared not knowing what to do or what to expect. When Michael took the time out to pick up the phone, called me and told me not to worry, they will be with me every step of the way, that was so, so comforting. Nicole was very understanding and patient with me, even with me hounding her with my phone calls and emails with so many questions. Whenever I spoke with Jennifer, she was always so pleasant, caring, supportive, she made me feel as though I was their only client. I am truly satisfied with the legal representation I received. I am very much appreciative of their hard work, and I will surely recommend The Lacatesi Law Group to my family and friends and of course, should the need arise again, I will be sure to be calling on them.
