They have been rude and spiteful. We have been put on the pay no mind list. The junior attorneys called and screamed at my sister (who is very ill) and spoke to her like garbage. We had planned to use them for our own wills and estate planning after this if it went well but the writing is on the wall they intend to stretch this out and maximize billable hours for as much as they can. If they continue dragging our situation out longer we will be contacting the NYS Bar Association

They called me about a job application I submitted to them, and when I called them back the very next day, Christine kept putting me on hold and then abruptly said the position had just been filled. From the reviews here and on glassdoor.com, it looks like I dodged a bullet.

Misleading and slow

Haven't used them but keep on receiving their advertisements addressed to my mother who died 20 years ago. I've called many times to have her name taken off of their mailing list but this never happens.

This place is terrible took my money years ago and when I call them for my copy's that I signed they talk to me on the phone like I'm a piece of garbage talking to a computer that only knows how to repeat herself.. I need some papers and I wanted to pick them up and they need 24-48 hrs, it's Thursday 3 pm, they will have them by Tuesday.. that's 24 hrs?? Slow terrible service I feel like I'm in Pennsylvania - Slow. Stay way!

Worst phone manners ever. Very rude. Call someone else, anyone. Just not these people.

Not happy at all with this firm. I did not hear good reviews about them and they are all true. They are thieves.

Due to poor customer service on 3/24/16 I will no longer be using your services thanks to your secretary putting me on hold during and emergency situation. I suggest you "fine tune" your hiring process so that potential and current cliental are addressed accordingly. It was your Brooklyn and Middle Village Locations. This review required me to put one star, if possible I would put you in the negative.
