Jim Viliani provided his expert services to my Mother in law for her Will & Irrevocable Trust. After she met with about a dozen other Attorney's. She finally met with Jim Viliani. I visited Villani Law Group on Monday, July 23rd. My husband and I needed information regarding elder care estates. We spoke to Mr. James Villani for about 40 minutes. He could not have been more helpful! He saw us promptly at our appointed time, was cordial, friendly and extremely knowledgeable in his field of elder law. We also did not leave there feeling as if his main purpose in life was to extract every penny possible from anyone who walked into his office. About two years ago, Mr. Villani worked with my sister and I as the elder lawyer for my dad's assets. Because of his expertise, the transition went smoothly. After my dad's passing, Mr. Villani represented us as our real estate lawyer for the sale of the acquired assets. We can't say enough about his expertise as a professional. He always answered our questions promptly and patiently. Mr. Villani took a personal interest in our case and made the bittersweet moments easier for our family. James Villani was instrumental in my recent purchase of a bank owned home. He simplified the overwhelmingly complex process, and I can assuredly say that without him the deal would have fallen through. He was always available to go over the nearly constant contract adjustments, on the banks end, and gave us a clear picture of what was needed on our end to make the process as smooth as possible. He was even able to quickly remedy an incorrect credit history issue that nearly ended the deal at the last moment. I cannot explain how comforting it was to know that I had someone I could trust, fighting for me. He will be the first person I call with any of my future legal needs, and I couldn't praise him more highly.
