Steven Smith handled the closing of our first home ever and it was for a single family house on Staten Island. The process got complicated at times with the bank lender however Steven was able to work with them and keep our best interest in mind. He communicated with us clearly and made sure he had our back in the entire process. I would recommend him to others without hesitation. If we ever decide to move, Steven will be involved in that process.
