I worked with Joe, Tracey and their amazing assistant - Ellen, of whom I can’t speak highly enough. This firm has ethics and professionalism beyond compare. During a time of grief, They helped me with everything that I needed expeditiously and with compassion. I found them 3 years before I used their services, when my mother was in need of legal advice. I called the office and spoke to Ellen who is so knowledgeable that I didn’t even need to speak to Joe at that time. She asked Joe questions, called me back, and told me that I didn’t need a lawyer for that situation. She didn’t say “come in for a $1,000 consultation” or any of that nonsense. Three years later, when I really did need their services, I went desperately looking for the same firm and, as luck would have it, I called one that I had a hunch may be them, and thankfully got Ellen. When you need a lawyer, for anything, it is usually under a stressful situation. Use this firm with confidence and trust. No bill inflation and crazy hourly billing and a staff that is beyond excellent in every way. Thank you so much Korsinsky & Klein! PS. Michael Korsinsky assisted my family with various legal needs as it relates to my father. They assisted me with obtaining Medicaid for my father, assisted me in the court process to become my father's legal guardian, and carefully guided me through the long process that was very favorable to my family. They were our eyes, and ears through the entire process, and communicating with me was never an issue. If there is anyone seeking assistance in regards to senior care, i don;t know anyone who i would feel more comfortable giving a referral to except Korsinsky and Klein. This entire process was made easier due to their work. At my time of need Korsinsky and Klein was there, and if you require patience, and care please give them a call.
