I needed a lawyer after getting into a near-fatal accident. I was quite anxious and stressed due to the accident and had no clue what to do or where to begin. Immediately after the first 10 minutes of my consult, I felt alleviated of all my future worries. Attorney Roland Ottley was thorough and detailed in his explanations and had no issues answering any of my questions. I honestly did not expect the kind of service I received there at TOLF. They were welcoming, professional and respectful of my case/situation while still considering my personal feelings as a human. Their secretary Carol kept me frequently updated with my case as well and consistently relayed messages to and from Mr. Ottley. If I ever have another personal injury case, I have no qualms choosing TOLF to represent me.
