I was referred to Mr. Kaufman through word of mouth, I came to him with a complex case. Mr. Kaufman demonstrated true professionalism throughout the entire process, was timely, thorough and clear. Mr. Kaufman relied all the details in simple layman's terms for me. In a time period much quicker than expected Mr. Kaufman took care of my case with the best possible outcome. Mr. Kaufman was so supportive and attentive to me throughout my ordeal; when I brought up my issueS with my landlord, he immediately assured me that he would look to the issues and get back to me immediately. He responded so quickly, giving me facts from the sources about the ways in which my landlord was crossing the line, Assisting me through the process of dealing with my landlord. I don't use lawyers much, so I don't have what to base this against. But Jesse was pleasant and accessible. He explained things to me (and my wife) in layman terms so we understood what was going on. He both represented and advised us. And when we did need to go to court, he litigated successfully and to our satisfaction. I would definitely use Jesse again. Although I hope not to need a lawyer again for a while!
