I could not have better things to say about Ms. Singh. My apartment was broken into a few months ago by a relative of one of my neighbors. A number of valuable items were stolen. I was terribly shaken up and felt truly violated by this experience. I sought legal counsel against my landlord and asked Ms. Singh to provide help in getting me out of my lease. I did not want to stay in an apartment that was unsafe or in a building that had already experienced its share of problems. Ms. Singh worked with me to really figure out what I wanted to achieve and explained the process to me very clearly so that I would be able to understand how to move forward. Ms. Singh was very systematic in her approach to examining the law and making sure I had a leg to stand on against my landlord. She drafted a number of strongly worded letters to my landlord which she let me review each step of the way to make sure she had all the facts accurate and was representing the situation correctly. Her language to the landlord was extremely professional but very convincing at the same time. The pressure she put on my landlord was not so aggressive to be rude, but powerful enough to send the right message. In the end, I was able to get out of my lease, all thanks to Ms. Singh. All in all, I was very pleased with her legal approach. She was extremely professional, considerate, and knowledgeable. So much of the law industry is not only about representing your clients for their own good, but also about counseling them and making them feel as reassured and comfortable as possible during a very stressful time in one's life. I could not have been more grateful to Ms. Singh, and I know she will continue her level of standards with each of her future clients and cases.
