I had the pleasure of working with Morgan when selling my home in Brooklyn. From the first phone call I felt at ease. He was personable and professional. He walked me through the process so I knew what to expect. Any questions I had he answered. He always got back to me promptly when I called or emailed his office. Morgan was great to work with while purchasing our home. He was there throughout the 10 month process across multiple offers and close calls, answering questions and helping us navigate everything. He was always quick to respond, good at explaining parts of the process, and kept the deal moving forward. We'd highly recommend him to anyone buying a home (and most likely if we ever sell one).

I’m a first time home buyer and had the pleasure of working with Morgan as my real estate lawyer. He was efficient, knowledgeable, and helped explain everything thrown at me as a first time home buyer. I really appreciate the closing statements he provided towards closing to make it clear what I was paying and what for. He also provided a preliminary one early on just in case you didn’t already budget for the process. He also helped me after closing with things I didn’t anticipate. If you’re buying in NYC, I definitely recommend him!
