When I had unrealistic or implausible ideas, he was patient listening to my concerns and strategic in explaining feasible alternatives that would advance my interests. On the sale process of the co-op, with multiple parties to coordinate between the co-op, the mortgage lender, the buyer, and myself, he was proactive communicating to all relevant parties, making sure the process moved forward efficiently and didn’t get needlessly delayed. During the closing, he was clear about the meaning and importance of each document I was signing - which made that less stressful than it could have been. I highly recommend Morgan!

Morgan represented me and my husband on two sales and one purchase between 2018 and 2021. He was extremely thorough with due diligence for our purchase, and was great about moving the processes forward in all three cases. One of our sales was of a below market rate unit, and there were many complicating factors with that transaction, but Morgan was entirely unfazed by the process and was far more informed and efficient than the lawyer I had worked with to buy that apartment, who supposedly specialized in those types of transactions. When there were some unexpected issues during the closing for one of our transactions, Morgan was the cool head in the room who kept things civil, and ensured the contract was honored as written. He took time to listen to me, attend meeting with officials with me, & aided in getting the right paperwork sent to the right people.
