First of all, thank you Ms. Hargis for helping me to keep my green card! A few years ago, she helped me win my green card. I had a great experience so I returned to her for my 751 process. It was very nice to be working with her again, but this time my life was much more stressful. I married my husband and believed the relationship would last forever, but it did not. I thought I had to leave this country that had become my permanent home. Ms. Hargis was very supportive, calming and strategic. She had me set up all of the right documents to prove the marriage was real for the years it did last. Even with the divorce, Immigration agreed that the marriage was real at the start up until separation, and they approved my 10 year green card! I am very grateful for your hard work and knowledge. Jessica is an incredible lawyer and we cannot recommend her highly enough! We recently went through the marriage immigration process and my husband (Irish) received his green card after about a year without an interview. We had originally thought we could file on our own, but got cold feet, and thankgoodness we did because apparently we had a entry issue that needed to be corrected along with our application (I-102 or I-94, I can't quite recall?) Jessica helped make the process very straightforward and calmed our fears. All that she predicted happened on schedule. She is highly methodical, prepared, responsive, easy to talk to, sympathetic, meticulous / detail oriented and incredibly professional, and provided very clear instructions. Jessica was incredibly helpful on my wife's green card journey. My neighbors were raving about her at our house one evening when my wife and I told them about our difficult situation. We emailed Jessica and she got back quickly offering us a free consultation call. By the end of the call, we were impressed by her knowledge of what we considered to be a pretty complicated immigration case. It was clear she has helped many people with many different situations, because she considered our case pretty common, which was a HUGE relief. But above all, she listened. She really listened to what our goals were including timeline and travel, and walked us through different scenarios so we could chose the best. She was empathetic, relatable and really broke down the legal jargon into "easy to understand" language, which was especially helpful for my wife since English is not her first language. Jessica helped with our immigration case. She was always extremely responsive, professional, and clear in her instructions. Additionally, she made herself available at any times we needed to talk to her (which was often because we had so many questions!). My wife and I hired Jessica to renew my 2 year green card. We had very complicated case because my wife and I had separate for some time in the 2 year period. We were not sure my green card extension would be approved. We spoke to a few lawyers who seemed very judgmental and rude.
