第一次用微信群与律师团队的联系方式办理买房过户，发现很方便，任何问题一般不会超过第二天为你解答。第二天回答通常是因为我经常在傍晚或晚上问问题，但律师与助手也会经常在晚上回答你问题，非常难得。但提醒大家购房的时候，房子保险要提早去找中介估价，比价，以便在过户的时候随时生效，不至于匆匆忙忙导致过户推迟，卖房的要提醒买方保险的问题（贷款银行，condo，Coop过户的时候通常要求你的房子保险要生效）。我碰到两次，不管是老外律师，华人律师，中介，银行贷款人，没有一个会记得提醒我保险这件事，都是我自己提前去估价。Very good service. It is not the first time I use the firm and I will use it again.
