Navient Problems Had issues trying to keep up with the high increase of my Navient Private Student Loan due to only paying interest and hardly any principle for the loan. I tried calling Navient to see if there was anything they could do for me, the result was unsuccessful. I kept getting harassing calls from Navient once I stopped making my payments due to being unsuccessful with negotiating anything with them and trying everything else(calling for possible reconsolidating, etc) I came across Simon Goldenberg’s website and gave them a call. Once we talked, I knew this was the right place for me and got reassured right away the problem would get fixed with a little patience on my end. After getting threatening letters and rude phone calls from Navient, I feel like a huge weight has been lifted off my shoulders. My original quote for a settlement was 23,000, Simon was able to get it down to around 14. What a huge difference. Save yourself the aggrevation with trying to deal with company’s like Navient over the phone and try giving Simon a call, you won’t regret it.
