I cannot recommend Simon Goldenberg enough! Simon assisted me with settling out a set of six student loans that added up to a six figure total. The results were shocking to me. To say he saved me, would be an understatement. He not only saved me, he saved my father as well, who was a co-signer on the exorbitant loans. I wish I could reach out to anyone who was thinking about entering the process of loan settlement and who is unsure or does not trust the process and calm their fears. Since I cannot do that, I will just say, do not fear! I felt hopeless as well, but I trusted Simon and I made the right choice. Today, I had a consultation with one of their female lawyers about a default judgement that I had just found out about that happened back in 2008 that a lawyer was trying to collect on. She told me that the judgement was good for 20 years and then put me on hold. When she came back she told me that Goldenberg law firm could not help me because they did not know if the judgment had been renewed. I asked "Isn't that something as a lawyer you could check on?" I was told to check with my local bar association. I am not sure if this is just incompetence or just sheer laziness.

This place is a scam , emailing people telling them need to take action trying to scare you about bankruptcy mind you I never taken a loan in my life. Be careful they do fraud it’s scary please be careful.mind you I never taken a loan and my credit is like 700 😂 but they are emailing I actually seen this email in my Junk that’s how bad it is. We need to do better in this world.

Mr. Goldenburg's office helped me settle my student loan debt. The entire process was smooth, effortless and made me feel completely at ease.
