I was looking for an attorney to assist me with getting Letters Testamentary over my father’s estate after my father passed without naming my mom as the beneficiary of his stock. In my view, he is the best in the city and I'll explain why. When I was dealing with my estate, it was not so simple. We did a Living Trust and a real estate (deed) transfer related to the new trust. I did not know Pinni previously and found him here on Avvo. I was initially impressed by small things (as compared to other lawyers as I was "shopping around") such as him answering the call directly, answering my questions directly without trying to sell me something I wasn't looking for nor needed. Thereafter, Pinni was very responsive, very thorough in his responses, and very good at setting expectations regarding his target delivery dates or if there should be a delay for some reason. It didn't take long to get the sense that this lawyer was going to get things done right. He does seem to work some crazy hours, that is work hard; but that's not a bad thing for his clients. I'm not a fan of lawyers, however one needs a good attorney, doctor, mechanic, and partner in life. Got almost everything covered, now I've found an attorney. Pinni is a gem. Smart, responsive, articulate, caring and willing to help one understand the issues involved, prior to retaining. His MO is the best I've come across. Internet access to ones spreadsheet and a personal dropbox to check status of case. Also, Pinni will consistently return phone calls or texts. Even when he's busy he will at least let you know he'll get back to you ASAP. Unusual. He helped me out with a probate issue and even suggested a number of solutions that were not in his best interest. An honest man.
