Hired Dave to help negotiate a back rent settlement. I'd definitely recommend him because he took the time to get to know me, assuage concerns I had, and clearly explain my best option(s)/next steps. After hiring him, he quickly resolved the matter at hand and helped me reach a fair settlement. Good bedside manner and emotional intelligence. Strongly recommend.

Thanks to him the whole closing process was a breeze. He explained everything in detail and answered an question I had, both things relating to the closing and other inquiries I had as a first time buyer. He also made sure all the numbers were correct, gave me a break down and went over it with me. I will be recommending him to all of my friends.

My husband and I highly recommend Mr.Gerard. He is so kind, trustworthy, and patient. He communicated with us throughout the entire case. I was SUPER nervous and anxious about a housing issue I had but he still was patient and understanding with me. In the end we got great results and everything we wanted out of that case. He is very personable so you can feel free to talk to talk to him as one of your friends and he will understand. Will definitely reach out to him in the future if a lawyer is ever needed!!
