I consulted with Rachel Kaylie about avoiding business litigation and she was extremely helpful. She reviewed my contracts and recommended changes. She advised me to avoid costly litigation by improving my contracts so that there were clear definitions of liability, statements of work, and other legal issues. I've known Rachel Kaylie professionally for many years. I'm impressed with Rachel's judgment on both legal and practical aspects of the matters she worked on, and even more importantly, her ability to actually make things happen. Many attorneys get bogged down and fail to move or get out papers which can slow things down. I recently hired Rachel Kaylie to do a variety of legal work for me. I am an educator, and have not had a need for much legal work previously. Some of the things I needed Ms. Kaylie to do were to handle difficult personal and business matters. She was terrific and competent in every way.
