Peter, Tara, Marie, worked as a team to assist me in the sale of an inherited property in Brooklyn, NY. It was not a smooth transaction at all. The inspection uncovered items that had to be addressed before closing and a lot of violations had to be cleared. I was very fortunate to meet Peter through a separate transaction prior to mine.
