“Reasonably priced for basic legal paperwork. poor communication does not answer your questions re documents or the process of drawing up papers (jargon, amendment, things to include or exclude, etc) a lot of anxiety and confusion”

Unwilling to provide partial refunds in some cases
“A word of advice: go to her competitors they offer free consultations. We agreed upon a date and price for a consultation. We talked with her staff and mentioned we were running late. We expected to be taken on arrival for the remaining time we had left, but Ms. Fershteyn was busy with other clients during our time. When she did find the time to work with us, she often went on tangents talking about personal and unrelated matters which took more time. I asked for a partial refund because I was unsatisfied with the service and didn't receive answers to the questions I wanted. She refused to refund half the consultation fee.”
